Introduction:

YTK-22 pressure switch incorporated Double Bourdon Tubes sensor can be used to start (or stop).

hydraulic pump,to lock (or release)open,close,re-closing of hydraulic mechanism and to give alarm for Hi/Lo pressure of hydraulic mechanism in Hi-voltage Breaker.There are up to 5 sets of micro switches with set points being adjuated individually.Adjustable set point range is 2 - 25MPa and 2 - 40MPa  Fixed Deadband.

Adjustment of Set Point

Example:  Model YTK-22, Adjustable Set Point Range: 2 - 40MPa, Request Five Micro Switches switched at: 1.Prussure raised to 28MPa 2. Prussure reduced to 26MPa 3. Pressure reduced to 25MPa 4.Pressure reduced to 24MPa 5. Pressure reduced to 22MPa.

To connect pressure connection of the switch to thread port of calibrating stationTo connect cable to the terminal per connecting diagram , another end of cable is connected to lamps.To adjust set point for switch 1, increasing pressure to 28MPa which can be read on calibrating pressure gauge.To release Locking Nut,in case Upper Switching Value is less than 28MPa, to turn Adjusting Bolt clockwise so that Upper Switching Value is increased till switch 1 is switched over on 28MPa.

System pressure should be varied around 27 - 29MPa, check if switch is switched over when pressure is increased to 28MPa. This value is Requested Upper Switching Value. The relevant Lower Switching Value is 28MPa deducted by Deadband.                                                                                                                                                                     Set Points for switches 2,3,4 and 5 can also be done per above precedures.  After final switch is finished adjusting,set point of each switch should be checked again and tighten all locking nuts.
